Bacon Lover’s French Toast Cupcakes
Maple bacon cake with maple buttercream frosting, topped with a piece of crispy fried bacon. What makes this batch special? We doubled the amount of bacon added to the batter!
Easy Chocolate Olive Oil Cake…In a Mug! Need a super simple sugar fix? Try this recipe for Chocolate Olive Oil Cake that you can make in the microwave! There’s no need to heat up the oven and it’s dairy-free, egg-free, easy, and delicious. 4 tablespoons flour Mix dry ingredients in a coffee mug. Add oil, water, and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Stir in the chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Enjoy right out of the mug.
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
small handful of chocolate chips (optional)

Japanese-inspired cupcakes to raise money for relief efforts in Japan. $1850 was raised and will be doubled by Golder Associates to $3700! Proceeds were donated to Red Cross, Global Giving, and Save the Children.
